Starting Your Business Right: Entity Formation and other Legal Issues

Are you thinking about starting a business but do not know what form to select? Are you thinking of going into business with a partner but do not know how to structure the relationship? The Business Entity Formation workshop will describe the legal process of forming a business, including what designation (LLC, corporation, sole-proprietorship, etc) is most suited to the nature of the business in addition to ownership issues. The workshop will also discuss tax and personal liability implications.
